FIRST QUARTER MOON PHASE: STEP UP FOR CREATIVE ACTION | A NEW LEVEL OF SELF-EMPOWERMENT FOR MANIFESTATION
The First Quarter Moon phase in our Lunar cycle has its own significance . . . We’re moving into the Creative Action Quarter of the 28 day Lunar cycle.
This First Quarter can start over a 2 day period . . . with the moon being exactly at first quarter after the start of the phase . . but the phase itself is a quarter of the lunar 28 day cycle lasting 7 days.
In our inner realms the significance and symbolism is growth from a new level of self-empowerment . . . it can affect us as a crisis theme and we realise how much our action can affect others . . . we seem to experience challenges to the new idea we’ve been evolving since New Moon.
These are the rhythms:
JUST AFTER THE FIRST QUARTER MOON WE ENTER THE CREATIVE ACTION QUARTER OR FLOWERING PHASE.
We’re beginning the Flowering Phase of the Lunar Cycle . . . . CREATIVE ACTION PHASE. This is the time for initiating action. . . . Being able to TRUST and rely on our own knowledge is all that is needed at this time. Now it is time to drop hesitation, take the steps to move forward on what you were inspired about. The inspiration is now gone.
Now it is time to participate in trust and knowing. Remember, the flower that is about to burst forth from the bud is not yet visible. Trust in the process. Demonstrate this trust in physical action and you will be supported.
JUST BEFORE THE FIRST QUARTER WE COME OUT OF THE GROWING PHASE . . . AND WE ENTER A 7 DAY CREATIVE ACTION QUARTER PHASE.
Just before the First Quarter Moon our energy has the quality of challenge . . . . and we need to draw in towards us a stimulus that is outside our experience of SELF. We need to move past our sense of limitations on SELF that are self-imposed.

PRACTICES: We continue our liquid diet and nutrition, completing the 3 days of re-aligning our bodily tides with flow.
Making A Saddhana | A Sacred Dedication for Daily Practice | First Quarter Moon Practices. Bringing the Sacred into our day. This is the daily practice of inviting the Divine energies in – Divine and Divine Mother – making our practice into a Saddhana. I’m teaching this in silence. The steps to accelerating your Spiritual Vision – seeing everything with Divine eyes – are silence, love and simplicity.
Stop Worrying and Learn Detaching | Meditation Practice | Learning to stop worrying and to detach is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself. It helps us to have Faith, to Trust in the momentum of the Universe – or Flow.
Sacral Chakra Meditation with Water Hand Mudra | A meditation on the second chakra, Sacral or Emotional Chakra with practice with the Water Hand Mudra of Yoga. Emotional balance for the inner harmony necessary for awareness of creativity and creative action. There is a big difference between reflection, which is creative, and over-analyzing matters, since the former energizes you and the latter drains you emotionally. Today, avoid overthinking things for best results: inner harmony manifests.
We Are The Yoga Tribe | A Spiritual Awakening | A teaching or Satsang – or we can call it a message from the Flow of Existence [Mother]. And if you are drawn to Yoga, the whole of Yoga, Zen, the Tao or Mindfulness, going back to ancient teachings to go beyond in your life, then you are one of the “Yoga Tribe” in my opinion.
The So Ham Mantra | Yoga Meditation Practice | First Quarter Moon Phase | A Mantra practice bringing together pranayama and breath awareness in the So Ham meditation which means “I AM THAT, THAT I AM . . “ The language of the heart is silent . . . we call it the “unstruck sound” in the heart chakra . . . and the essence of all that is, is in the heart centre . . . the essence of divinity within you . . .
JUST BEFORE THE FIRST QUARTER:
PRACTICES: 24 Hour Diet and Nutrition | The main four lunar phase change points are the best time to realign our bodyminds with our Planet and Moon. This is for the First Quarter Phase. On the change of Moon phases liquid diets give us balance: We start when the Moon enters the phase and end 24 hours later. We use our 24 hour Moon phases for balance, a chance to rest the body systems, detox align with Moon and lunar tidal cycles.
