We “tone-up” our minds in practice with conscious breathing and nourish our Spirit with Heart Awareness. It gets playful towards the end when we start rocking, and letting go!
Perfect as a start for your day in the way I’m teaching you to use chaos to get rid of rigid thinking patterns, and what your Bodymind has accepted as “right” so far in your life. A good practice for our empowering and where we don’t have a lot of space or time for our practice.
This is an energetic “pick-me-up” if we’re tired or short of stamina.
